Subject: Is anyone in/near Sydney or Brisbane able to

All that needs to be done, is replace the two X2 caps and the  220uf 10v
(105 degree) start up capacitor.

I could have fixed this when I was 12, but I'm in Adelaide.

Try finding the easy spotted electronics enthusiast known as a ham radio
operator, he would know someone that can help.
