You would certainly have to be handy with a hammer for that one ...

Just putting the finishing touches to a loft-conversion, here.  Had to
re-do the lot after a botched job by a cowboy.. did most of  it myself
this time, apart from getting joiners in for the new floor joists and
a plasterer for the big bits.  Hard work, and took a lot longer what
with trying to find the time in and around other things to get things
done, but very satisfying...
