Subject: Ikon Editor

In refreshing and rebuilding my JGH-PD Library disk images at
http://mdfs.net/Mirror/Image/JGH I went through testing everything.
I couldn't get Ikon Editor (Disk 21) to work. Specifically, it
crashes whenever you try to load anything seemingly looping
continuously when it tries to draw the icon being edited.

I did a bit of work to see if I could fix it, and also tried to
find it online. An initial search hasn't shown it appearing in any
other collections anywhere. Has anybody encountered it anywhere?
