On a whim, I picked up this from Amazon for a tenner (inc. postage):

If/when it arrives (not Amazon, a MarketPlace seller), I'll let you know 
if it says anything about the design of the MEMC, though being published 
in 1996, it might be a little after the MEMC's time.

I didn't get the up-to-date version as used/new of that starts at ?195,17!
