I could have sworn on stacks of iPads that I replied to this, but there
is no trace of my message on the mailing list, or in the <sent> folder. Um.
Anyway, having read the documents provided, I feel sorry that the woman
suffered such horrible burns - but to take a hot drink (with the
reasonable expectation of it being sold "hot" - my tea and coffee comes
from a freshly *boiled* kettle), to place it between her legs (eek!), to
then attempt to open it there (words fail me!) and fail in a way that
seems to have resulted in the entirety of it deposited there, giving
serious scalding that was badly exacerbated by her choice of clothing...
...I'm sorry, I fail to see how this is McDo's fault. The only viable
alternative would appear to be to sell the coffee lukewarm. I doubt that
would go down well.
This isn't as off-topic as it seems - the same line of logic that fails
to anticipate coffee is hot leads to stupidity like cutting the power
cord off of a BBC micro.
Now, to get back on topic ;) I am looking for some line driver chips for
my SJ bridge and one of the clockboxes. I think it is the 75159 ? Is
there a supplier of these parts (that isn't eBay) ?
Thanks.
Best wishes,
Rick.
