It actually shows where the stack is in the middle of executing the USR
function, not where it is when the machine is doing nothing. At the
BASIC command prompt, the stack is usually at about &FC.

http://mdfs.net/Software/CommandSrc/Testing/Stack101.src generates a
continuous display of where the machine stack is. A useful debugging
tool to discover what actions excessively use the stack. Early
versions of HADFS would gobble up huge amounts of stack space.
