The Ferranti ULA 9C018E are used in the Co-Processors to interface between
the Beeb and the CoPro.

There's a demand for them because they do "go" every now and then, and are
also used in John Kortinks ReCo 6502 processor.

If you don't have any Co Pros you can put them on eBay and they go for around
?20 each.

Subject: [BBC-Micro] Help figuring out ICs and ROMs for BBC (B or Master)

Hi,

I got me a couple of BBCs last year, now i have gotten around to trying them out.

Along with the computers, peripherials and software I got a collection of
ICs which probably are spare parts for the computers.

Now i need help to identify what the ICs are used for and if they are worth
keeping.
I've gathered that the ICs with a "window" are EPROMS (or EEPROMS) and that
the SAA5050 are text graphics chips, but the rest of the ICs are unknown
to me. (I'm not much och a electrical engineer so...)

So I'm asking if anyone here know what they are and what they do.
Images of the ICs can be found here:

Cheers,
Mikael
