Subject: DiskToImg disk imager

I've just updated DiskToImg: http://mdfs.net/Apps/DiskTools
Think of it as a BBC/RISC OS equivalent to OmniFlop ;)

The main update is that it can now image Slogger mixed-density
DCCPM disks, with a bit of handholding via a -mix option.
Also, it now defaults to automatically sensing disk geometry, and
uses a generalised disk geometry interface so any shape disk can
be specified, eg DiskToImg 0 adfs::4.disk G:1:1:1:35:0:16:01 would
specify SS SD 35tk 16spt 128bps Sharp disk.

I've also put the BBC disk access code back into it, so you can use
DiskToImg on a BBC/Master with suitable disk hardware. At the moment
BBC/Masters struggle a bit imaging Slogger DDCPM disks.
