Have Elecktor uploaded them? Use the "Archive" clause.

III.42 [An] archivist ... may ... make a copy from any item ... in 
order to
preserve or replace that item by placing the copy in its permanent 
collection
in addition to or in place of it ... without infringing the copyright 
...

and if Elektor ask you to remove them, inform them that you will comply 
by
replacing them with links to Elektor's versions.
