Sorry, it was Silicon Chip www.siliconchip.com.au (not Elektor) that have
the rights to ETI.
They sell copies of ETI articles for $AU12.00 per article.
My offer of articles to this list sort of backfired with people asking for
all the Beeb articles.
I've only scanned the magazines, i've not indexed them so i don't know where
the Beed articles are.
If you can give me an issue then i can send it.
I also can't really send them all to you on DVD, first of all it would need
5 DVD's for all issues (i have them on Blu-ray) and the legal aspect.
If i did put them on my web site with the clause below wont i be libel for
any loss of earnings claimed by Silicon Chip for them not selling there
articles.
Thanks,
Jim

Have Elecktor uploaded them? Use the "Archive" clause.
III.42 [An] archivist ... may ... make a copy from any item ... in
order to
preserve or replace that item by placing the copy in its permanent
collection
in addition to or in place of it ... without infringing the copyright
....
and if Elektor ask you to remove them, inform them that you will comply
by
replacing them with links to Elektor's versions.
