A quick tweek, and BLOCK <blocknum> implemented. It does a raw sector
dump of the logical disk block, which on AFS0 disks is a 256-byte
logical sector.

Doing this in conjunction with the filesystem layout documentation
(eg http://mdfs.net/Docs/Comp/Disk/Format/AFS0) will allow you to
find lost and broken directories.
