Well, calling it 'bin' (for 'binary', not 'wastebin' ...)
is sort of conventional. And it makes sense to put it in
a root directory.
I use E:\Bin for my own stuff (obviously, the drive doesn't
matter, I just happen to store all my non-Windhose code on
E:).
