I have  5.25 inch disc, which is an orginal Flex Master disc, (proper label 
and all!). If somebody can suggest how to  image it, I'll pass JGH a copy fo 
archive. I know that the guy who gave it to me used a 6809 card in a bakery 
weighing system, and have some work discs too. Never seem the orginal cards 
though.
