I completely overlooked the photos of the Master Compact keyboard here:

It's rubber dome over PCB, apparently with sliders that can be removed from
the top of the keyboard (which is weird).

Unfortunately the photos offer too few clues as to the manufacturer.

With photos of the *tops* of the sliders, or the PCB with sufficient detail
to read the writing on it, it may be possible to figure out what it is, but
not with any information available at the present time.

I might include it if there's adequate information on it.
