I've never seen any documentation about it anywhere, I worked it out 
from the MOS disassembly, see http://mdfs.net/Docs/Comp/BBC/OS1-20/D940 
at &DA77 onwards. I think I may have once seen a written reference to it 
once in a very early non-Acorn "investigating the Beeb" sort of book.
