Copy -> CHR$&8B
Shift-Copy -> CHR$&9B

All the function, copy and cursor keys enter distinct values into the 
keyboard buffer for key, Shift-key, Ctrl-key and Shift-Ctrl-key. The 
value that is translated to by OSRDCH is determined by *FX4 and 
*FX225-228.
