Grrrr. Current status is that I've cleaned everything that was listed 
as infected, plus replaced EVERYTHING that was modified at any time 
since 1-Jan-2014. I reported back to Google that the site is clean, but 
it STILL gets flagged up as infected.

I've just examined 
mdfs.net/Apps/Graphics/Conversion/BMPSamples/index.htm and it's 
identical to what I uploaded yesterday, and purely contains HTML markup 
code.
