Quite surprisingly, the first batch of assembled boards is in.
Have to wait a bit yet for their 'legs' though :-(. First ones
will ship beginning of january, I expect.

The first one fully assembled runs fine at 16 MHz. I expect all
of them to be fine at that speed. Mostly because the prototype
which was modified for higher frequencies runs rock stable even
at 20 MHz.
