Subject: Off Topic: problems with my Risc PC

Hi

I've recently dug my 4.02 StrongArm Risc PC out of storage and it's not 
working, I get green screen then red screen then black. After about 30 
seconds I get a single beep then nothing.

There is no blink code from the floppy drive.

On my StrongArm processor card capacitor C2 has broken off and the legs 
are too short to re-attach (I've tried)

What type/rating is it ? the markings are 10 16A 6D8

I'm hoping it's just this that is stopping it working.
