Subject: Off Topic: problems with my Risc PC

From vague memory the beep is fairy well into the boot sequence so the fact
it gets that far suggests it's 'mostly' booting ok, as does the floppy check.

What monitor is connected? Iirc holding keypad number while powering on sets
the monitor type.
