Well an update, I have now fitted a new capacitor to my StrongArm card
but that wasn't the end of my problems, I've been digging around in my
box of wires looking for my acorn mouse, didn't find it but I found my
original vga cable with pins 4,5 and 9 missing. Hmmm I wonder if this
will make a difference ?

drum role please.....

It's working again :-) It didn't like my other vga cable that is fully
wired.

Now all I got to do is find my mouse the ps2 one I was testing it with
has only 2 buttons and Risc OS is rather hard without a Menu button.

Cheers
Howard

The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a
capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety
labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?
