Subject: Bug Blaster compatibility issues?

Hi,

Never posted before on this group - hope I'm following the correct 
etiquette.

Does anybody know of any compatibility issues with Alligator 
Software's Bug Blaster? I have 2 tapes which are do load differently 
and a Disk version on Superior Software's compilation Play it Again 
Sam 5. One tape version loads and plays successfully but the other 
tape and the PIAS 5 disk version loads but freezes on the initial High 
Score Table / Press Space to Continue screen.

These used to work fine.

The machine is a BBC Issue 4 motherboard with an ATPL Sideways ROM 
board with SRAM, Sprow's Speech Emulator and Retroclinic's DFS 
upgrade. I have a number of Sideways ROMS but I tried unplugging them 
(not the board) but no luck.

I just like having my PIAS disks working, and this one is giving 
trouble. Strange how one tape loads. But the loading screens are 
slightly different.
