A7000 had a complete SOC with the VIDC20 in the same package as the
processor, so that probably won't do. Best bet is a dead RiscPC
motherboard, but they're surface mount so I'm not immediately aware of
anyone who harvests them? You could try asking in
comp.sys.acorn.hardware?
