Subject: Recent spam

Apologies for the spam getting through.  It doesn't appear to have been
caught either by the spam filter or AV filter, so I'll look into why
that should be.

As already suggested, it does appear that the messages have been sent
via compromised accounts belonging to genuine list members.  I've now
set those accounts to be moderated so hopefully it should be under
control now.

If it happens again and I don't notice (I'm a little run off my feet
work-wise at the moment) please do email me directly and I'll get it
sorted.
