Not sure if this helps Ben, but this article mentions a company that places
orders for these (type of) key caps.

Its seems BBC keys were made using this process.
JK, are you aware of any businesses in Europe that might mould these?
As I said to JGH about his project boxes ? if there is a market out there,
perhaps it?s worth getting some people together to place an order, otherwise
its likely to be too expensive.
My partner is Chinese, so if anyone knows any Chinese/Taiwanese companies
rumoured to be working in this area, can make enquiries?
Or ? as a really long shot ? how about 3d printing? http://www.shapeways.com/shops/k3yd
Kind regards
John

Subject: [BBC-Micro] Replacement Keys
Hi,
I got a job-lot of ex-educational BBC Masters. Some are fried, and others
are working.
One common problem is that the keyboards are missing several keys - can anyone
recommend a way of replacing keys without taking them off another beeb?
Thanks,
Ben
