Thanks everyone and apologies for the slow reply. The reason for secrecy
is mainly to prevent spoilers for the attendees as the who concept and storyline
will be secret until the event begins. But we're looking around 6th-8th October
in the South Wales / English border country.
The funding for this can help with transport, accommodation and effort spent
on the project. I'm also open to all ideas on how we can run this so nothing
is off the table at this stage.
Let me know if there is other information I can provide to help make this
happen!! I'm happy to move the discussion to a private slack channel or email
for anyone who is interested in helping out.
