Recently John created TELSTAR and he is looking for the CET specifications,
he'd definitely be interested in any documents that you might have:

CCl4 is one of the menu options in RTR's new Viewdata emulator
(Telstar.bbc), bundled with BBC SDL:

...there is also a gateway from TELSTAR to CCl4.
