Also, don't reel-to-reels transport the tape at a different speed?

I've got a handful of Spectrum tapes I want to get the data off,
I started by leaving them in the bedroom for a few days to
acclimatise to minimise damp and stickage, then used a pencil
to slowly spool them to the end and back.

Playing them they sound perfectly satisfactory, but I haven't
yet had any luck getting the data off them. It's another
Lockdown Task to do when I get bored of the coding, mapping,
OCRing and decorating I'm doing.
