Still having problems with getting the
dictionary from MIT via FTP. I am leaving on vacation
for two weeks, and will try some more stuff then
(including asking MADLER for a dump of the first
few bytes of the real file).

Re: ITSCVT, how can I tell if my version of UMODEM
does the stripping of the first 4 bytes mentioned in
your letter?
