Subject: LTYPE and TYPE

LTYPE.COM already has the logic to deal with both squeezed and
unsqueezed files inside an LBR.  No need to put TYPE18 into it.

LU210 is the latest DOC file for LU211.COM.  211 was a small bug fix,
did not change functions in 210.
