VFILER2 is on the SIG/M disks.  I haven't uploaded it to SIMTEL20 yet
because it is quite large (90K+) and is going to change anyway with ZCPR3.
Both the 8080 and Z80 VFILERs have the same source -- you just select a flag
as to which version you want.
