Subject: <CPM.ZCPR2>

All of the ZCPR2 subdirectories under <CPM> on SIMTEL20 have now
been consolidated into the one subdirectory named <CPM.ZCPR2>.  Also,
the SYSLIB files which were in the ZCPR2 subdirectories have been
consolidated into the one subdirectory named <CPM.SYSLIB>.
