Subject: Need init info for MITS SIO board

A friend wants to initialize his old MITS SIO S-100 board for either
300 baud or 1200 baud taking advantage of the fact that it can be
programmed to use X1 or X16 division of the system clock.  He doesn't
have a book and needs to know what to output to the board to do this.
