Subject: Lots of new files available!

With the help of Bill Westfield's NMODEM (in batch upload mode) AND
Bob Plouffe's ruggedized MDM716, our operator, Dave Tapia, was able to
finally upload (with CRCs checked), all the remaining SIG/M volumes on
hand.

This brings our online collection to 213 disk volumes:

SIG/M #000 - 145 (MICRO:<SIGM.VOLnnn>)

CPMUG #001 - 054 (MICRO:<CPMUG.VOLnnn>)
      #078 - 090
