Subject: SPELL and its DICT.DIC

You all may know SPELL (a nice public domain spelling checker) and an
ITS-binary format dictionary, DICT.DIC are out on SIMTEL20 under
MICRO:<CPM.SPELL>SPELL.(MAC, COM).1 and DICT.DIC.1

If you have a particularly brain-damaged TAC like mine, you may find it
difficult to download an 8-bit binary file to your micro. And if you
lost the pointers to a particular utilityl on TOPS-20 (I think) that
converts ITS-Binary files to regular 8-bit binary (by stripping off
the first 32-bit word, I guess), you may find it even harder to get that
DICT.DIC to run!

I solved both problems, and if anyone wants a (somewhat lengthy) How To
(right down at the novice, how to figure SAVE pages in DDT, level) --
message me. Don't want to inflict it on the net.

If the SIMTEL20 MICRO: Sysop is out there, and if there's enough
interest in this, maybe you'd like to put it in the <CPM.SPELL> directory.
