Subject: CP/M PLUS!

    I really need some info about CP/M 3.x.  I sent a message dated
11 January 1984, 04:31 EST with some questions.  NO ONE has answered
it!  It regarded banking tables and drive selection.  Would somebody
please be kind enough (if they have the time) to answer this one user's
questions?
