Subject: SPELL in C

I am thinking of implementing Bill Ackerman's SPELL program in C for
my IBM PC.  He told that someone might have already done that.  Will
that someone please let me know who he is?  If no one has implemented
it in C, I'll probably write one and make it a public domain software.
