Subject: General interest.

I just received a request from Larry Byard to change his address for receiving
this list form byard@dca-ems to byard@obl.  When I sent him a reply saying
that the change had been made, he sent the following message.  I haven't 
studied the list to see who else might be on it from outside of the continental
US, but if we didn't have it already, we now have an international list.
