Subject: Re: dysan head alignment program/disk

David - A couple things in your note concerning the whereabouts of the Dysan
DDD program caught my eye: What are the escapes in the FTP sequences for ?
Our UNIX FTP doesn't use them. Our syntax is:

     ftp "micro:<cpm.dirname>filename" local_filename

The quotes are there to keep UNIX happy, since the < and > characters are
special in UNIX. Second, I don't think you need to append the version number
to the filename (as in filename.nn). I have never been refused by a TOPS-20
system, and I have never used the version number. Have you had difficulties
if you didn't use it ?
