In addition to the patch given by Hoff, you had better
also do:
       ORG     806H
       JZ      2008H   ;CA 20 08  (was CA 1F 08)

Reason is:
   Irv moved the routine DIALAD3 by one byte with his patch
but forgot to change the address where the branch to that
routine occurs.
