Subject: setjmp/longjmp for Aztec CII

Version 1.06 of the Aztec CII compiler has routines to implement
setjmp and longjmp.  I've used them a bit and they seem to work.
They are identical in use to the UNIX versions.  If I were you, I'd
spend the bucks and save myself some work.
