This is a MEX overlay for the Heath H89 with either 8250 or 2661-3
UART.  It has an expanded SET command to set parity, stopbits and word
length.  If you use a smartmodem it also sets ANSWER/ORIGINATE mode,
TONE/PULSE, and delay until "hangup" (0-30 seconds).  It will SET baud
rates from 300 to 9600.
