Perhaps what is needed is another ARPA interest group; then those who want
the ads can get on the mailing list and those who don't won't have to 
hassle with the extra mail.  *NO, I AM !!not!! INTERESTED IN MODERATING
SUCH A GROUP*  as i don't particularly care, one way or the other.    -der
