The files in PD:<ZSYS.SYSLIB>, PD:<ZSYS.Z3LIB>, and PD:<ZSYS.VLIB>
are all new.  These represent the latest, recent release of the libraries.
My second book, ZCPR3: The Libraries, fully documents the contents of
