Subject: SIMTEL20

I would like to download from the SIMTEL20 archives but I cannot figure
out a way. I am at a bitnet node and cannot use FTP. I have thought of
two ways to possibly get the files:

Is there a way to send a batch of commands as a file to be executed on
the SIMTEL20 machine?

If this is impossible, is there a phone number in which I can (legally)
dial up the SIMTEL20 machine and logon as ANONYMOUS, then send the files
to myself at my bitnet node? (I have a 300 baud modem)

Any help would be appreciated.
