The original ZCPR 3.0 SYSLIB is in PD:<ZSYS.SYSLIB>. It is also
in PD:<SIGM> in the proper volume (as referenced by the article). The
new libraries will be released when ZCPR 3.3 is released.

       In PD:<ZSYS> are:
               ZSYS.CRCLST
               ZSYS.USAGE - frequency of access/most popular
               ZSYS.SNP - snapshot

The ZSYS archive is like the ADA archive in its management,
and the ZSYS archive is for Z System - specifics only.

               Rick

PS. Don't forget that any assembler compatable with the Microsoft REL
format can USE the new SYSLIB ... you don't have to assemble it to use it.
Using it is simply a matter of linking.
