On SIMTEL20 I can't seem to get PD:<SIGM.VOL085>RUNOFF.COM, a text
formatter in Pascal similar to the PDP-11 version, to run for me...
has anyone else succeeded ?  If you don't pass it params or some-
thing it fires up and asks you to try again, but once it opens
files it says "PAGE 1" on the output device and quits.

Looking for inspiration...
