Subject: I just got my first file from the SIMTEL20 archives...

...and it's been processed into an ARC file and then UUENCODEd.  I've 
sent off a request for the VMS UUDECODE program, which I *hope* will come
in raw form, but that still leaves me without an unARC program.  Is there
one out there for VMS?
