Subject: hey, cut that out!

Why is it, everytime someone mails a copy of the "list-of-lists" to someone
else, they "cc" it to info-cpm or info-micro?  Good grief, we just about all
know how to FTP this from the NIC - who needs to see a copy of it every few
days?  Our mailboxes runneth over!
