Subject: ARPANET-BITNET WISCVM problems.

Hellom
  I found some problems because I didn't receive any mails for a week from
wiscvm gateways but my mails works well. But replies failed back to bitnet.
I get mail from Info-CPM that I sent the same a week ago. I found that
Bitnet%"H462BATMS@GALLUA" instead EDU%"H462BATMS%GALLUA.BITNET@WISCVM.
WISC.EDU" that caused some servers am going to bomb out and failed requested
files to bitnet. Also other problems, someone shutdown two of three SMTP
gateways that cause blocked mails in arpanet area. If three SMTP is up,
it is work fine for arpanet is going back normal. I believe that
WISCVM get biggest problems that insults users in both arpanet and bitnet.
Sorry for you. try send to other gateways. Bitnet.gates is avaiable in
NICSERVE@BITNIC. Thanx. Please contact JULIE@WISCVM.WISC.EDU about blocked
messages because of shutdown two of SMTP servers: SMTPUSR1 and SMTPUSR2.
